Congress CD 21 NY

21 CD includes all of counties of

Albany, Schenectady, Montgomery, Schoharie

Cities of Gloversville/ Johnstown and Town of
Johnstown, Fulton County

Waterford in Saratoga County and Cities of
Troy/Rensselaer and Towns of East and North

WHY I AM A CANDIDATE FOR CONGRESS

In the 2010 elections the survival of America
and all Americans, are on the line.

It is imperative that the American people
regain controlof Congress to counterbalance
the Obama agenda of
fundamentally (radically) transforming America.

Regaining control of Congress is essential to
defeating the Obama agenda, and removing him
from office, through Impeachment, or by defeating
him in the 2012 election.

I oppose the Obama agenda to radically transform
America

As a Member of the Congress, I will sponsor and
vote for Impeachment of Barack Hussain Obama on
the grounds that he a failed to uphold his oath of office
to defend the Constitution, America, and all Americans
from enemies foreign and domestic; that Obama is unfit
to lead the U S Military as Commander In Chief; and
that he is unfit to lead the United States as President.

I oppose Nancy Pelosi for House Speaker and Paul Tonko
for Congress 21st District, NY because both are in lock step
support of the Obama agenda.

Security, and emergency/disaster preparedness, at the
federal, state and local levels and maintaining a strong
national defense are the priority issues.

We are not safe. All other issues pale in significance.

We are at war with Islamic Jihadists who have attacked
us on our homeland, who are sworn to destroy us, our
way of life and subjugate us to their Sharia law.

Our federal government has failed to secure our borders
and ports, thereby placing America, and all America, at
great risk.

Tens of millions of illegal aliens, among them foreign
terrorists, have invaded our land. The foreign terrorists
have formed cells throughout America, and Canada, and
recruited native born, domestic anti- social malcontents
urban gangbangers and the like , as allies.

They are lying in wait, like snakes in the grass, to strike
America a mortal blow.

I advocate and support :

(1) securing our borders and ports
(2) ending Muslim immigration, and travel to the
United States
(3) inviting Muslims already here to respect and
live by our Constitution and laws or leave our land.

I support declaring English as our national language
and an America that is a Constitutional Republic, under
one flag united by one language

Here is an overview of my positions on issues vital
to our survival as a Nation, and as individuals:

1. Obamacare – is bad medicine, I will vote to repeal.

2. Amnesty for Illegal Aliens – I will vote no. Further
I advocate U S Citizenship be required to receive any
social, services, healthcare, or education benefits or to
hold a job in this country. Illegals will soon return
to their lands of origin or go elsewhere.

3. No civil trials for terrorists in NYC or anywhere else
in the U S. Enemy combatants shall be tried by military
tribunals. Gitmo shall remain open.

4. Cap and Trade - I will vote no. Passage of this
legislation will price energy beyond the ability of
ordinary Americans to afford. Electric rates will
triple and millions more Americans will become
unemployed.

5. VAT Tax – I will vote no!

6. High Speed Rail – I will vote no.
It is a boondoggle that will cost billions to build
and billions more, annually
to operate and maintain. To what end? Where will
the money come from? China? Do you want China
to control our railroads? I do not!

I advocate rebuilding our conventional rail system
to move freight and passengers, when oil becomes
too costly, or not available at any price.

I advocate rebuilding the Erie Canal and Hudson
River waterway for the same reason.

7. Energy. Green forms of energy are not adequate
to supply our demands. We are dependent on oil for
the next several decades .

The Obama moratorium on offshore oil drilling
must be lifted. It does not apply
to China, and others, who are drilling offshore.
It only puts more Americans out of work, and
guarantees that we shall soon see gas priced at
5 to-7 dollars a gallon –
( after the November election).

We have to expand use of Canadian Hydropower
and utilize our vast coal reserves to produce clean
coal.
These transitions will take time. We must begin
now!

8. Manufacturing and Agriculture – We must redevelop
our American manufacturing capability, locating
factories along revitalized railways and waterways.

We must expand local agriculture, and food processing
for domestic consumption and export.

End the food stamp program and return to a commodities
based system of staples. Benefits farmers and consumers.

9. I support the Constitution, particularly the First,
Second and Tenth Amendments

10. I have received one endorsement thus far – Veterans

Veterans have put their lives on hold and on the line
for America when they served this Nation in uniform

In 2010 they are doing so again, by running for Congress
because they realize that the people
must regain control of Congress to save America.


In the final analysis – the fate of America, and all
Americans, rests with you the voters.

You must vote and you must cast informed votes in
The September 14, 2010 party primaries and
November 2 General Election; and get your family
friends and neighbors to do the same.

Confronting the Unsustainable Growth of Welfare Entitlements: Principles of Reform and the Next StepsPublished on June 24, 2010 by Kiki Bradley and Robert Rector

Abstract: The growth of welfare spending is unsustainable and will drive the United States into bankruptcy if allowed to continue. President Barack Obama’s fiscal year 2011 budget request would increase total welfare spending to $953 billion—a 42 percent increase over welfare spending in FY 2008, the last full year of the Bush Administration. To bring welfare spending under control, Congress should reduce welfare spending to pre-recession levels after the recession ends and then limit future growth to the rate of inflation. Congress should also restore work requirements in the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program and apply them to other federal welfare programs.

Albany County is facing an estimated 35 Million
dollar budget shortfall. County officials warn
that a 50 percent property tax hike might be
necessary to address this problem.

A better alternative would be for the County
of Albany to trim welfare spending. Albany
has a reputation as being a welfare place to
be.

In the City of Albany only about 1/3rd of
housing is owner-occupied, largely by an
aging population on fixed incomes. These
homeowners pay the property taxes that
support city government services and city
schools.

The Section 8 housing program is destroying
one city neighborhood after another.

Most of the city school population comes
from homes that pay no property taxes
to support those schools. Schools have
become expensive daycare centers . After
school programs are being expanded and
schools have become feeding stations.

Students spend more time in school, at
a higher cost to property taxpayers, and
learn less. The high school drop out rate
exceeds 50 percent. Disruptive students
diminish the learning environment for
those students who value education and
desire to learn.

The dysfunctional Albany school system
is a major factor spurring flight of nuclear
families, with children, to the suburbs.

Albany is not only losing population, it
is losing the people who pay property taxes
to sustain city services and city schools.

This can not continue!

We are sheep dogs, guard dogs and serve in search

We are noble creatures who bring much joy to

to live better lives.

of your Fatwa, so that we can post them on a
nearby fire hydrant. As they pass by, all the dogs
in the hood can lift their legs and salute you.
