THE DEBATE THAT WASN'T

WNYT TV and WAMC Radio provided the
three Democratic Primary candidates an
opportunity to communicate their messages
to Democrats who will vote in the September
12 Primary.

There was no debate. Nor, did the 3 candidates
present clear , concise answers to the questions
from the forum moderators.

Why did Commisso and McLaughlin fail to
challenge Sheehan to present her balanced
2018 budget before the September 12 primary
so that voters will be spared an October Surprise?

Answer. Sheehan does not have a balanced
2018 City budget. Nor, do Commisso or McLaughlin.

All three are long time city elected officials who
are responsible for the City of Albany's fiscal
insolvency.

All three, by supporting Albany as a Sanctuary
City, are assuring that Albany is doomed to fiscal
insolvency because of the loss of 7 million dollars
or more, of annual federal aid as a result.

Furthermore, all three have failed to meet with
Governor Cuomo and convince him that having
the State make the annual 15 million dollar PILOT
(payment in lieu of taxes) to the City for the
Harriman State Office Campus is in the best
interests of Albany City property tax payers
as well as his own self interest.

Do the arithmetic. 7+ million and 15 million equals

22+ million = a balanced 2018 City budget.

Finally, neither Commisso nor McLaughlin
challenged Sheehan to place a moratorium on
her Rezone Albany zoning changes allowing
mixed use developments in the single family
residential neighborhoods which will destroy
neighborhood residential integrity, quality of
life, home values and property base in those
neighborhoods which pay the lion's share of
property taxes that support City schools and
City services. 

In the short run, Sheehan and her developer
allies may reap an monetary windfall. However
Rezone Albany assures that Albany will be on
the fast track to becoming Detroit on the Hudson.

ISLAM, PROGRESSIVE POLITICIANS

Both seek to fundamentally (radically)
transform America. Both are out to
destroy America as we know and love it.

Andrew McCarthy says two things stand
in their way: (1) Our Constitution and
(2) Our concept of Liberty.

McCarthy presents a most lucid analysis 

of the relationship between Islamists and

American progressives who dominate

government at the federal state 
and local levels.

We have been attacked, and invaded
by a foe that is conducting a Jihad, both
by violent and stealth means. Either way
the end result is destruction our
Constitutional Republic and our
loss of individual liberty.

American progressive politicians, and
their supporters, are aiding and abetting 
this Jihad whether by intent, or through
ignorance. They  must be driven from
public office.


Liberty is the essence of the Declaration
of Independence, and our Constitution.

Security, national defense,
emergency/disaster preparedness are the
priorities.

We are not safe. We are not ready.

Far too many Americans do
not comprehend what is at stake.
That includes the mainstream media
 who shill for the "progressive" pols.

They fail to realize that when the ship 
goes down, all will go down with it.

Diversity is glorified by many
politicians in America today
who have the agenda of
fundamentally transforming
America.

Americans should value and
honor their heritages and take
pride in their ancestors.

Far too many modern day
immigrants, legal and illegal
harbor no love for America
 and do not wish to assimilate.

Worse still, many want to
impose their laws, customs
and languages on us.

Some come here with the
aim of destroying America.

Diversity without allegiance
to America will ultimately
destroy our Nation.

Secure our borders, now!

Require all illegals to
register as a first step
to dealing with the problem
of tens of millions of illegals
who have unlawfully invaded
our Nation.

Deport all illegals in our
prisons and jails and those
that those that commit crimes
punishable by incarceration.

Reform our Immigration
Law. Persons from parts of
the world that harbor deep
hatred of America and who
do not aim to assimilate 
peacefully into our way
of life, and who do not
intend to pay allegiance
to America, should not be
accepted as immigrants.

The  same goes for student
visas. Far too many come
here pretending to be students
and become illegal residents.
Many fit the profile of those
who want to destroy America.
No student visas for them!

Unsecured borders and
unrestricted immigration 
of unskilled, uneducated
multitudes who do not
share our culture and 
language, including many
who are intent on doing
us harm, is to commit
national Hari Kari.

Time for politicians to
uphold their oaths of office.

Uphold their oaths to
safeguard our Constitutional
Republic, our way of life
and our language.

CLEAN ENERGY

The City of Albany is fiscally insolvent.

The Sheehan administration missed the
boat on getting a casino in Albany.

Now it appears that, with National Grid
raising electric and gas rates next year
the Sheehan administration is once again
missing the boat.

The 765 kv hydro line will run through
Albany from Quebec to NYC.

Why is Albany not negotiating with the
power company to tap into that low cost
source of power  to benefit local residents
spur economic development and jobs for

It appears that Mayor Sheehan prefers
to beg, like the pan handlers that are to
be seen everywhere on Albany streets and
at exit ramps of highways and shopping
malls?

ALBANY. A WELCOMING
(SANCTUARY) CITY

Albany is insolvent. We have high
poverty , crime, property taxes and
more than a thousand abandoned 
buildings and more......but, we love you.

Albany does not need more poor
unskilled, uneducated, non-English
speaking people who bear no allegiance
to America and who have no intent
to assimilate into and uphold our
way of life and who do not support
our Constitution and obey our laws.

As Mayor of Albany I will issue an
Executive Order declaring that Albany
is not a sanctuary city and directing the
Albany Police to cooperate with ICE
in the enforcement of   U S Immigration
Law.

ISSUES MATTER MORE 
THAN MONEY TO VOTERS

Issues matter more than money to
voters in political  elections. That is
if candidates have clear stands on
issues.

If Amanda and other media spent
more time communicating where
candidates stand on vital issues in
the 2017 elections readers and voters
would be better served

An informed electorate  making wise
choices of candidates who articulate
clear stands on issues is what elections
should be about! 

If the media would do their jobs
money would not matter.

Unless the objective is to elect the
