IT IS FOR THE CHILDREN?

55+ million since Roe v Wade. How many more
before Americans reject this slaughter?

Not one the result of  a gun.
                                                  Joe Sullivan
LIBERTY ON THE LINE

Thursday's Second Amendment
rally in Albany is about our liberty.

Yes, we need guns to protect
ourselves from those who seek to
do us harm,  and rule us, whether
they be foreign or domestic tyrants.

If the Second Amendment falls
the First, Fourth and Tenth will
be next.

Everyone's liberty is on the line
because our elected officials have
contempt for our Constitution and
Bill of Rights.

President Obama, Senate Leader
Reid, Governor Cuomo, NYC Mayor
Bloomberg, and many more are
trampling the Constitution and Bill
of Rights underfoot. They behave
as dictators and bullies, using guile
deception and outright lies in an
attempt to bring citizens to heel.

Sadly, the Congress and NYS
Legislature are submissive
willing accomplices in this
agenda to radically transform
America from a Constitutional
Republic to a socialist dictator-
ship.

Our elected officials behave
as if they were our rulers, rather
than our representatives whom
we elect to govern for our benefit.

They divide us into groups, pit one
group against another, with the
ultimate goal of political conquest.

The House of Representatives
has the power of the purse, and
are failing to use it to bring Obama
back in line. They are weak and
behaving like me-too Democrats
rather than boldly acting to uphold
our Constitutional Republic.

GOP governors are folding in line
rather than standing up to Obama.

The NYS Legislature is a partyline
stamp for a Governor who has lost
his political way.

Local governments are no better.

Government can't save us. We
must save ourselves and  our
government.

How? By becoming informed
voters-who vote out those who
who trash our Constitution and
Bill of Rights. Those who behave
as tyrannical rulers seeking control
over every aspect of our lives.

The media has to stand for liberty
and reject political tyranny. Stop
serving as mouthpieces for the
politicians and brainwashing the
people.

When the people loose their liberty
the media will loose theirs as well.
Freedom of the press will cease to
exist.

We need qualified candidates, who
support the Constitution, Bill of Rights
and our Constitutional Republic, to
run for every public office, in the
2013 local elections; and the 2014
congressional and state elections.

We need informed voters who put
America, before blind partyline
allegiance, to elect these candidates.

In the end, only the people can save
America and themselves.

DOOR TO DOOR
SEEKING ILLEGALS

The City of Schenectady wants
a door to door search for unlicensed
dogs.

http://www.timesunion.com/local/article/City-wants-dog-census-4304687.php

What about illegal aliens?

                        Joe Sullivan
MAKE NY SAFE?

Repeal NY "Safe Act".

Go after illegal hand guns
sawed off shotguns  and
community guns.

How about mandatory
20 year prison sentences
for possession/use of
the above?

Albany City and County
should enact local laws
regarding the above
and foreward home rule
requests to state legislators
who purport to represent
us, for action at the state
level, this session.

               Joe Sullivan
REGISTER ILLEGAL ALIENS.

NOT  LAW ABIDING U S CITIZENS
WHO EXERCISE THEIR SECOND
AMENDMENT CONSTITUTIONAL

RIGHTS.

REPEAL THE NY YORK
"SAFE ACT".

REPEAL SANCTUARY FOR
ILLEGAL ALIENS STATUS
IN THE CITY and COUNTY
OF ALBANY and NY STATE.

REPEAL OFFICE HOLDERS
WHO DO NOT UPHOLD
THE CONSTITUTION and
WHO DO NOT SUPPORT
REPEAL OF THE
"SAFE ACT" and SANCTUARY
POLITICAL STATUS FOR
ILLEGALS.

TO DELIVER ON THESE
OBJECTIVES
ENROL IN ONE OF THE
ESTABLISHED POLITICAL
PARTIES IN NYS.

PRIMARIES ARE THE PLACE
TO REPEAL PUBLIC OFFICIALS
WHO DO NOT SUPPORT THE
ABOVE.

UPHOLDING THE
SECOND AMENDMENT

The February 28 rally at the
state capitol is about Liberty
and upholding the Constitution.

The Times Union advance
report distorts the point entirely:

Media beware!

If the state Safe Act is not
repealed or struck down by
the courts,

Freedom of the Press will
surely be next. This includes
talk radio.

The media is a willing, active
participant in the Obama-Cuomo
trashing of the Constitution and
Bill of Rights.

SHOW US THE MONEY

Today's Albany Times Union
contains an interesting report
relating to the salaries of city
workers in 2012

http://www.timesunion.com/local/article/Albany-s-100G-pay-list-grows-4286507.php

The report drew the ire of a
local morning talk show host
who has called repeatedly for
Mayor Jerry Jennings to retire.

Closer analysis of the report
by this observer, reveals the
source of the data which
makes up the body of the
report is .....The City Treasurer's
Office.

Recall that the City Treasurer
is an announced candidate for
Mayor in the 2013 city elections.

Any coincidence here?

Read:

http://lonerangeralbany.blogspot.com/2009/02/albany-neighbors-first-formed-by-tim.html

and

and

http://lonerangeralbany.blogspot.com/search/label/WELFARE%20SPENDING%20UNSUSTAINABLE

Those who call for Mayor
Jennings to retire do the
voters of Albany, particularly
those who pay property taxes
that support city government
and city schools, a disservice.

The same "progressive" crowd
that has taken over
the city schools; the local
State Senate/Assembly and
Congressional seats, is
angling to take over the city
government.

It is all about control and
nothing about the people.

Wise up people before you
have Bloomberg junior as
Mayor.

State pulls a fa$t one

By ERIK KRISS

ALBANY — The state is diverting $8.5 million a year in speeding-ticket fees meant to fund spinal-cord research and using the money to balance the budget, The Post has learned.

The money comes from a surcharge on speeding tickets that was imposed in 1998 to create and finance the Spinal Cord Injury Research Trust Fund. But since 2010, the money has gone into the state’s general fund to pay its bills.

Supporters of paralysis research, who are planning to hold an event in Albany today to highlight the budget grab, say more than $70 million went into cutting-edge research from 1998 through 2009.

They say 23 other states passed legislation similar to the bill shepherded through the New York Legislature by retired State Police Sgt. Paul Richter, who was paralyzed from the neck down while making a traffic stop in upstate Lake Placid in 1973.

State Budget Division spokesman Morris Peters noted the decision to redirect the surcharge proceeds to the general fund was made before Gov. Cuomo took office on Jan. 1, 2011.

AN ELECTION PLAN
CITY OF ALBANY 2013

Support candidates for citywide
and ward offices that:

1. put America First before
blind partyline allegiance

2. uphold the Constitution
and Bill of Rights

3. support repeal of  Common
Council Resolutions banning
fracking for natural gas and
declaring Albany a sanctuary
city for illegal aliens

4. support building a refinery
at the Port of Albany utilizing
oil from North Dakota that is
currently being trans-shipped
through the port- that will
provide jobs and lower the
price of gasoline and home
heating oil

5. support fracking NY natural
gas resources- to provide jobs
low cost energy for transportation
home heating and expansion of
local agriculture/manufacturing

4. support a casino for downtown
Albany- to provide jobs, downtown
revitalization and property tax relief
for homeowners and small businesses

5. support consolidation of city
schools with city government with
one property tax roll to finance both
returning to a K-8 neighborhoods
making the Mayor and Common
Council responsible/accountable
for performance of city schools.

More to follow.

FEBRUARY ALBANY
SECOND AMENDMENT
RALLIES - REGISTER VOTERS

The  Saturday, January 19, 2013
Second Amendment Rally in Albany
very well attended.

Having 2 rallies in one month on
week day work days, in February
may result in smaller attendance.
Most supporters of the Second
Amendment, Constitution, Bill
of Rights have jobs and want to keep
them.

Better have snow/rain dates as well.

Do not expect much main stream
media coverage, because the main
stream media are the cheerleaders
for the left wing Democrats and
their me-too Republican camp
followers.

Rally all you want. Give all the
firey speeches you want. Milling
around the legislative halls
scratching at the doors of
incumbents, meeting with staff
members, while legislators
hide out in committee meetings
conferences and legislative
sessions, will be of limited value.

However, do not expect to sway
the votes of many legislators
because they are held captive
by the power of their respective
party "leaders" . Partyline voting
prevails.

Less talk and more (political) action
is the remedy.

Concentrate on  voting out incumbents
who have voted for, and continue to
support, the  NY Safe ACT.  They have
failed to honor their oaths of office-
to uphold the Constitution.

1. Register and enroll new voters in the NY
Conservative Party

2. Invite those already enrolled in a party
or not enrolled in any party (Independents)
to change their enrollments to Conservative.
(These enrollment changes do not take effect
until the day after the November 2013
General Election)

3. Have each rally attendee take home 10
voter registration/enrollment change forms
and do as in (1) and (2) above. File the
completed and signed forms in their county
elections board - getting date/time stamped
copies as proofs.

4. Identify prospective candidates for local
elective offices in 2013 and  the 2014
federal and state elections. Do this now
rather than following the traditional
political calendar

5. Organize candidate/volunteer training
sessions during March and April 2013.
Prospective federal and state candidates
for 2014 will lay the foundation for their
campaigns by volunteering to assist the
candidates who will run in the 2013 local
elections.

In sum, do not expect to sway the votes
of present incumbents.

Organize and prepare, now, to vote them
out them out! Begin with the 2013 local
elections, and move on the 2014 elections.

Repeal bad laws and public office holders
who support those laws, thereby violating
their oaths of office to uphold the
Constitition.

Do not expect media coverage until you
succeed in voting out those who trample
on the Constitution, and the people.

A Second American Revolution utilizing
the electoral  framework beqeathed us
by the Founders is required.

                                     Joe Sullivan
