POSTPONE FEBRUARY FARCE  TO NOVEMBER

Postpone the February 6 "No cost facilities " and 29.1 million dollar library construction/renovation referenda until the November General Election.

Let homeowners in the City of Albany first, see how the March 1st City Revaluation will impact their property taxes.

Amend state law to (1) merge the Albany City School District with the City government, making the Mayor and City Council responsible and accountable therefor, (2) abolish the "elected" school board, (3) trim top heavy school administrations, (4) return the City of Albany to K-8 neighborhood schools, and (5) place school budget votes on the November General Election ballot, with results being final- no reruns!  (All polling places will be open)

Will our state, county and city elected officials get on board these real reforms? This session? Will the media put these ideas before the public?
