Peter King in passing an act of Congress
to bar funding for holding terrorist trials
in NYC, or anywhere else in the U.S.

Terrorists are enemy combatants.
War criminals. Try them before
military tribunals, not in civil courts.

Those that purport to serve the people
in federal and state public offices, have
the obligation to resist tyranny, whether
domestic or foreign in origin.
