THE UKRAINE.
WHAT DOES IT
MATTER?
This website is read widely.
USA, Russia, China, Germany
The UK, Latvia, Canada
Australia and many other
nations. Most recently, the
Ukraine.
The Ukraine is a Nation of
46 million people. A divided
nation with historical ties
to Russia and Western Europe.
What is occurring in the Ukraine
today, is a struggle for political
and economic control and a
struggle for Liberty that
has far reaching consequences.

Financial crisis threatens Russia as Ukraine spins out of control - Telegraph
All this matters to the people in
both the Ukraine and USA.
Our Liberty and security are
on the line.
Yanukovych and Obama must go!
Ultimately the peaceful solution
is that the people must do the job
through the electoral process.
The people of the Ukraine will
get their opportunity sooner.
Here in the USA, the people
will have the first opportunity
to save our Republic in the 2014
party primaries and November
elections. Control of Congress.
New Yorkers also get the opportunity
to gain control of the Governor
and State Legislature.
The U S House of Representatives
must impeach Obama before
2014 primaries and November
elections. The grounds? Failing
to honor his oath of office and
sidestepping the Constitution
attempting to rule by fiat, failing
to secure our borders, destroying
the finest health care system in
the world, destroying our economy
all of which are part of his
professed objective of (radically)
transforming America.
The House must also exercise
the power of the purse and reign
in executive agencies which are
complicit with Obama in ruling
by fiat in complete disregard of
the U S Constitution.
The Courts must rule on the
Constitutionality of laws and
cases that come before them.
Not legislating from the bench!
Judges who participate in
destroying America, must realize
that when the ship goes down
they go with it.
The same goes for the media
which serves as mouth piece
for Obama, and his party
lackeys at the state and local
levels.
Our Liberty and security will
be achieved by electing wise
good people to represent us.
Not tyrants and political party
lackeys who trash our Constitution
seeking to subjugate and rule us.
In the Ukraine and USA, and
every other place, only the
people can save their lives
liberty and pursuit of happiness
through informed voting in
honest elections.
God be with the people of
the Ukraine , USA and in
in every other land, with
their struggles for Liberty
and security.

WRONG MOVE
RIGHT MOVE
WRONG MOVE
Mayor Sheehan and the Albany
Common Council have opted to
go ,hat in hand, to the NYS
Financial Restructuring Board
for Local Governments.
http://www.timesunion.com/local/article/Inside-Politics-State-review-of-Albany-books-5211730.php
The board is created and
controlled by the Governor.
Board Members include a
number of state elected officials
who, along with the Governor
are up for reelection in November
if they survive primary elections.
Read: http://www.frb.ny.gov/
The Board has to complete the
requested review of City of Albany
finances within 6 months, or after
the end of the current legislative
session.
The prize for bowing to Board
recommendations may amount
to a 5 million dollar grant or loan.
Not worth the price of surrendering
city sovereignty and autonomy to
the state, and not a long term solution
to the claimed 16 million dollar city
budget gap.
Click on Resources Link. There
are considerable State financial
resources available to the City
without having to submit to the
Board.
RIGHT MOVE
The Mayor and Common Council
with the support of the County
Executive and County Legislature
as well as the Members of the
NYS Senate and Assembly, elected
to represent the City and County
should have presented a united
front declaring that:
1. NYS should include an 11 million
dollar PILOT ( payment in lieu of
taxes)for the Harriman State Office
Campus, to be paid to the City of
Albany in 2014, and subsequent
years
2. The Governor and State Legislature
provide real mandate relief to the
City government and City school
District, this session.
3. The City schools be merged with
the city government, with one property
tax roll to finance both, return to
a K-8 neighborhood school system
and with the City government
responsible and accountable for
operation and performance of
city schools.
4. Reject/ Opt out of Common Core
5. Repeal the unconstitutional
NYS Safe Act.
6. Approve drilling for NY
natural gas to promote economic
development, jobs and expand
property tax bases.
7. Approve building a refinery
at the Port of Albany to refine
Baakan oil, which will expand
the city property tax base, create
good paying jobs and lower local
costs of gasoline/fuel oil/
8. Approve Albany tapping into
the 765 KV Quebec- NYC hydro
power line to lower local energy
costs, spur economic development
and jobs.
The leverage for these? The votes
of residents of the City and County
of Albany in the 2014 primaries
and November election.
Negotiate with the Governor and
State Legislature from a position
of strength demanding results
this session, before the budget
is voted upon and signed into law.
This is what Dan O'Connell would
have done.

JUNE 24 PRIMARIES IN NEW YORK
READY OR NOT?
A bill introduced by Assembly Speaker Silver
sets Tuesday, June 24 as Primary Day for
Congressional, State and party offices.
A8198 (S06204) has passed the Assembly.
Senate action is pending.
http://open.nysenate.gov/legislation/bill/S6204-2013
The bill will likely pass and be signed
into law, because consolidating all
primaries in one day saves money.
It also catches unprepared candidates
and opposition political parties, who
fail to prepare, off guard, thereby
benefiting incumbents.
Odds are that we will have the June Primary.
So, prospective candidates and political
party organizations should prepare ASAP.
The official political calendar is not
available, but a preliminary reading of
the legislation indicates the following:
Tues Feb 25 will likely be First day to
party designating petitions.
