Hi Folks: I recently found a Joe Sullivan campaign flyer in the handrail of my home that is located near Albany Academy. After looking at Joe's issues for his race for Common Council president I realized that Joe is as looney-tunes as always! Albany residents should be thankful that we can always count on Joe for some comic relief around election time!
