TONKO PITCHES
CAP AND TRADE.
HIGHER ELECTRICITY
COSTS FOR YOU.
Congressman Paul Tonko spoke at the
Albany Public library yesterday:

The American Clean Energy Act of 2010
is a rerun of last session's ACES legislation.
It is essentially a cap and trade measure
which would require power plants, fossil
fuel producers and other "capped" entities
to comply with mandatory government
emissions standards.

Consumers would see the cost of electricity
skyrocket as a result. Not acceptable in
these difficult economic times.
Hill Town Patriots -the feds will be coming
after your wood stoves and firewood.
Mark November 2 on your calendars.
Vote to cap Tonko.
