TRAITORS AND PATRIOTS
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/06/27/senate-immigration-reform-bill_n_3511664.html
Another megabill that has passed without
being read.
The divil is in the details, just like Obamacre.
Go to: http://www.fairus.org/home
Americans will rue both.
Congress and Presidents haven't acted
to secure our borders in the past 30 years.
Dereliction of duty. Failure to uphold the
Constitution and their oaths of office.
Does anyone recall 1986 and 2006
legislation? Amnesty first and border
security which never happened.
This obaminious bill is more of the same.
More lies , more deceit - too much discretion delegated to DHS and Napalitano who is on record as saying the border is secure. The bill
provides that she can do nothing.
The Traitors to America are those
Democrats and Republicans who voted aye.The Patriots are those who voted nay.
The voting record:
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/06/27/senate-roll-vote-for-immigration-bill/
America's fate now rests with the House
Republicans and Democrats.
Patriot voters must bring all the pressure
to bear on the House to not let the issue
be voted upon or sent to conference
committee. Put it off for a year, until
the 2014 elections.
Meanwhile, enforce existing immigration
laws, end sanctuary status for illegal aliens
in states, cities and local comunities.
Secure the border with Mexico. Bring home
the troops from Afghanistan deploy them to
the border. Meanwhile deploy state national
guards to do the job.
In 2014 vote out congressional and state
officeholders who do not uphold the
Constitution and who put partyline loyalties
and self interest before America.
This means all the Democrats and
Republicans in the Senate who voted
aye, and who are up for election in 2014:
Go to: http://www.senate.gov/galleries/pdcl/reelection2014.html
All House of Representative Members
are up for election in 2014.
Locally, Tonko the Dipper (double)
should be replaced with a patriot
who will put America and Albany
First, before party and self interest.
Patriot voters- only you can save America.

SUSTAINABILITY
http://www.wamc.org/post/2013-albany-ny-mayoral-forum-sustainability
July 2, 2013
The sustainability of Albany is linked to the sustainability
of America.
The Obama agenda of fundamentally (radically)
transforming America, supported by Democrats and
Republicans in Congress, as well as partyline
adherents at the state and local levels, is destroying
our Constitutional Republic.
When the ship goes down, all hands will go with it.
The 2013 local elections and 2014 congressional
and state elections are crucial to maintaining and
restoring our Liberty and way of life.
Informed voters will determine our fate.

MAYOR EMERITUS
SULLIVAN FOR MAYOR 2013
Contact: J P Sullivan 438 5230
MAYOR EMERITUS
Joseph P Sullivan Conservative candidate for Albany Mayor
announced today that he has asked Mayor Jerry Jennings to
serve as Mayor Emeritus of the City of Albany, if Sullivan is
elected Mayor in the November 5 General Election.
As Mayor Emeritus Jennings would :
* perform ceremonial functions
* act as city liaison with the Governor and Legislature
* act as city liaison with the city schools , and
the State Education Department, to reform
and improve urban educational objectives/ curricula
Jennings is able to retire at a comfortable pension, so he
could serve the people of the City of Albany for a modest
stipend - say one dollar per year.
For Jerry Jennings life has changed, not ended. He has
much to offer the people serving in this capacity and
would be free of the partyline political constraints he
currently experiences.

A FINE SUMMER'S DAY
Today, is the first day of summer 2013.
There are not too many summer's in our
lives. They swiftly drift by.
Took some time to sit in the shade of
the Birch tree in the back yard with an
ale in hand and my loyal pals Paddy
and Mick nearby.
The sun was warm. Humidity low and
a clear blue sky above. The songs of
birds were interrupted by the roar of
passing traffic and airplanes.
My thoughts drifted back through
the years to a time when America
was a different place.
The Great Depression was ended
and America was on the verge of
entering WWII.
Grandfather John and his loyal
right hand man were nearing the
end of their years.
The farm where he and grandmother
Elizabeth raised 14 children, was no
more.
Gone were the days when John's
loyal horse would safely convey
John home, asleep in the wagon, after
a session at the West End Tavern.
The horse would stop at the unguarded
rail crossing, determine that no train was
coming, then pause at the highway to
make sure no cars were coming, then
proceed to the farm house.
There were two mighty oaks that stood
before the rail crossing - one a White
Oak, the other a Black Oak. Both were
over 400 years of age. I know this
because when the fine oaks were cut
down to make way for elevation of
the railroad, I counted the rings in each
tree stump.
On a fine summer's day, such as this
Grandfather John, and his loyal right
hand man, would sit in the shade of the
Oaks.
My father would bring them pails of
draft beer from the tavern and they
would reflect on their lives and the
world that was changing around them.
John was a hard man. He opposed
the imposition of the income tax
and resisted FDR's order for all
Americans to turn in any gold that
they had acquired.
He had come to America to escape
tyranny, only to experience it again
on this side of the Atlantic.
Fast forward 70, or more, summers
and the tyranny of our government
has progressed beyond anything that
John could have imagined.
Enjoy the summer as best you can.
But, keep an eye out for the coming
September 10 party primaries and
November 5 General Election.
Strike a blow for Liberty!
While you still have a Constitutional
Republic.
Vote out those political officeholders
who do not uphold our Constitution.
Elect officeholders that do and will.

END OF SESSION BS
Six days left in this session of the
NYS Legislature.
Go home now. Leave us in peace.
Too many laws. Too much BS.
Too much face time for politicical
pontificators.
Just shut up and do your jobs.
Repeal stupid, and unconstitutional
laws. Begin with the "Safe Act"
which keeps no one safe. Repeal
unfunded mandates on local
governments. Tap New York's
vast natural gas resources. Put
people back to work. Stimulate
manufacturing and agricultural
production in Upstate NY.
No more phoney, deceptive laws
that expand government control
at the expense of liberty:

Our Constitution is being sidestepped
and trashed by elected officials and

Our Liberty is on the line in the
2013 local elections and the 2014

TEACHERS RALLY
CAPITOL ALBANY
Teachers will rally at the Capitol
Saturday, June 8:
http://nysaflcio.org/onevoice/
I support:
* Get the federal government out

top and core curriculum
* More local control over education
and curricula, testing and teacher/

adminstrations. More authority to
teachers regarding how and what
to teach
* Less reliance on property for support
of schools- all residents have a stake
in education- all should pay their fair
share to support education
* Scrap mickey mouse testing. More
emphasis on critical thinking skills
performance and abilities.
* Repeal teacher evaluations based
on student performance on
standardized tests.

FREEDOM
Repeal the NY Safe Act rally
West Capitol Park, Tues. June 11
Noon - 2 pm.
The Governor and legislative
leaders will not permit repeal
legislation to come to the floor
for a vote.
Legislators lack the courage
to vote for repeal.
Pray that the courts will rule
that the "NY Safe Act" is
unconstitutional and strike
it down.
This may take a year or more.
Meanwhile, keep your powder
dry.
Friday, June 14 is Flag Day.
Fly Old Glory, while you still
can.
There is hope for America, yet.
