DIVERSITY WITHOUT
ALLEGIANCE DESTROYS
A NATION
DIVERSITY WITHOUT
ALLEGIANCE DESTROYS
A NATION
Diversity is glorified by many
politicians in America today
who have the agenda of
fundamentally transforming
America.
http://americanactionnews.com/articles/gop-bill-blocks-obama-plan-to-water-down-pledge-taken-by-new-u-s-citizens
Americans should value and
honor their heritages and take
pride in their ancestors.
Far too many modern day
immigrants, legal and illegal
harbor no love for America
and do not wish to assimilate.
Worse still, many want to
impose their laws, customs
and languages on us.
Some come here with the
aim of destroying America.
Diversity without allegiance
to America will ultimately
destroy our Nation.
Secure our borders, now!
Require all illegals to
register as a first step
to dealing with the problem
of tens of millions of illegals
who have unlawfully invaded
our Nation.
Deport all illegals in our
prisons and jails and those
that those that commit crimes
punishable by incarceration.
Reform our Immigration
Law. Persons from parts of
the world that harbor deep
hatred of America and who
do not aim to assimilate
peacefully into our way
of life, and who do not
intend to pay allegiance
to America, should not be
accepted as immigrants.
The same goes for student
visas. Far too many come
here pretending to be students
and become illegal residents.
Many fit the profile of those
who want to destroy America.
No student visas for them!
Unsecured borders and
unrestricted immigration
of unskilled, uneducated
multitudes who do not
share our culture and
language, including many
who are intent on doing
us harm, is to commit
national Hari Kari.
Time for politicians to
uphold their oaths of office.
Uphold their oaths to
safeguard our Constitutional
Republic, our way of life
and our language.

SHEEHAN VOTE SPLIT
50 - 50

Sheehan 50 percent. Sheehan Light
20 percent. Sheehan Extra Light 13
percent.
17 percent undecided?
59 percent of poll sample say City
of Albany is on right track? To what?
To becoming Detroit on the Hudson?

CLEAN ENERGY
NOT FOR ALBANY?
The City of Albany is fiscally insolvent.
The Sheehan administration missed the
boat on getting a casino in Albany.
Now it appears that, with National Grid
raising electric and gas rates next year
the Sheehan administration is once again
missing the boat.
The 765 kv hydro line will run through
Albany from Quebec to NYC.
http://www.yourfamilyenergy.com/new-york-psc-approves-1000-mw-quebec-ny-city-power-line#.WZhYyFEpDcs
Why is Albany not negotiating with the
power company to tap into that low cost
source of power to benefit local residents
spur economic development and jobs for
the local economy?
It appears that Mayor Sheehan prefers
to beg, like the pan handlers that are to
be seen everywhere on Albany streets and
at exit ramps of highways and shopping
malls?
A new theme song for Albany?......
A welcoming City..........

ALBANY. A WELCOMING
(SANCTUARY) CITY
Albany is insolvent. We have high
poverty , crime, property taxes and
more than a thousand abandoned
buildings and more......but, we love you.
Albany does not need more poor
unskilled, uneducated, non-English
speaking people who bear no allegiance
to America and who have no intent
to assimilate into and uphold our
way of life and who do not support
our Constitution and obey our laws.
As Mayor of Albany I will issue an
Executive Order declaring that Albany
is not a sanctuary city and directing the
Albany Police to cooperate with ICE
in the enforcement of U S Immigration
Law.

ISSUES MATTER MORE
THAN MONEY TO VOTERS
Issues matter more than money to
voters in political elections. That is
if candidates have clear stands on
issues.
If Amanda and other media spent
more time communicating where
candidates stand on vital issues in
the 2017 elections readers and voters
would be better served
http://www.timesunion.com/news/article/A-crash-course-on-campaign-finance-for-Albany-s-11745949.php
An informed electorate making wise
choices of candidates who articulate
clear stands on issues is what elections
should be about!
If the media would do their jobs
money would not matter.
Unless the objective is to elect the
candidates that money can buy?

ALBANY CITY CONSERVATIVES
OPEN PRIMARY BALLOT FOR
CITY COURT JUDGE/WARD RACES.
Conservative Mayoral candidate, and
City Conservative Leader, Joe Sullivan
has filed Opportunity to Ballot (OTB)
petitions for the September 12 Primary
for City Court Judge (3 seats) and
Common Council in Wards 1, 8,11, 12
14 and 15.
In addition, John Mahoney( enrolled
Conservative ,Ward 9) and Tim Looker
enrolled Republican, Ward 13) will appear
on the November 7 General Election
ballot, along with the candidates who
are selected in the September 12
Conservative Primary for the 3 City
Court seats and Council seats in Wards
1,8,11,12,14, and 15.
Candidates need not be enrolled in
any political party. However, only
enrolled City Conservative Party
Members may vote in the September
12 Conservative Primary. Polls open
Noon - 9 PM.
Fiscal insolvency, increased crime
failing schools, a growing dependent
population and lack of jobs are the
legacy of one party control of City
government by self- identified
"progressives" who have high jacked
City schools and City government as
well as the once proud Democratic
Party.
Albany City government needs
diversity and a return to limited
government grounded in the
Constitution and traditional American
values.
City Court Judge candidates who
will uphold the law and Constitution
in particular the Second Amendment
Rights of law abiding citizens to bear
arms are welcome to compete for the
Conservative Party line.
This includes the 7 known candidates
as well as any resident of the City who
is a qualified attorney.

Common Council candidates who
will truly represent the needs and
wishes of those ward residents who
elect them, are invited to seek the
Conservative ballot line in Wards
1, 8, 11, 12, 14 and 15.
Interested candidates may contact
me or directly seek the votes of
enrolled City of Albany Conservative
Party Members city wide, or in the
particular wards, based on which
public office they seek.

SUPPORT RESOLUTION DECLARING
A MORATORIUM ON REZONE ALBANY
UPDATE: The Council refused to vote
on this Resolution.
When? 7 PM Albany Common Council
Chamber 2d floor City Hall. July 3, 2017
Council Member Mark Robinson (Ward 5)
will introduce the following Resolution for
a vote of approval from the full 15 member
Albany Common Council at their July 3rd
meeting.
Rezone Albany opens up the remaining
prime residential single family neighborhoods
in the City of Albany to mixed use development.
This will destroy the neighborhood residential
integrity, quality of life, home values and City
property tax base in these single family
residential neighborhoods, which pay the lion's
share of property taxes which support
City schools and City government services.
A foolish move for a City on the brink of
fiscal insolvency.
All City residents will ultimately be adversely
impacted by the outcome.
Councilman Robinson can be reached at
221 7811. RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL, CITY OF ALBANY NEW YORK
A MORATORIUM IS DECLARED ON IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REZONE
ALBANY PLAN , OTHERWISE KNOWN AS, THE UNIFIED SUSTAINABLE
DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE NUMBER 26.31.17, UNTIL JANUARY 31, 2018
WHEN THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL MEMBERS ELECTED AT THE
NOVEMBER 7, 2017 CITY GENERAL ELECTION TAKE OFFICE AND DECIDE
WHETHER OR NOT TO AMEND OR REPEAL SAID ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS the effects of the the Rezone Albany Ordinance on neighborhood
residential integrity, quality of life, home values, property taxes, the City
property tax base, support for City schools and City Services as well as efforts
to achieve long term balanced City budgets and restore Albany to fiscal
solvency were not evaluated, nor understood. by the consultants who prepared
said Rezone Albany Plan/Ordinance/Map, nor by the Mayor and Common Council
who enacted it, nor by the the citizen voters of Albany who must live with the
unintended consequences of what is essentially a Development stimulus plan
which is contrary to the, intent and purposes, of New York State Zoning Law.
WHEREAS these implications of said Rezone Albany Plan must be thoroughly
analyzed and understood by the Mayor, Common Council Members and citizen
voters of the City of Albany. it is imperative that said moratorium be declared
and that the effects of Rezone Albany be thoroughly analyzed, debated and
