What to do with the Harriman
SOC?

The Harriman State Office Campus
should be retained as a center for
the state workforce.

Move as many state workers out of
downtown Albany to the Harriman
campus.

This will  reduce traffic volumes and
relieve traffic congestion
in downtown and on main residential
streets such as Western Ave, New
Scotland Ave, Whitehall Road.
South Manning Blvd, and Hackett
Blvd. improving neighborhood
residential integrity and quality
of life.

More residential development is
needed downtown, as well a  major
supermarket.

The State should continue to make
Pilot payments to the City of Albany.
