ALBANY COUNTY
STYROFOAM BAN
Albany County has enacted a
selective styrofoam ban:

A court challenge may occur
because the law singles out
establishments that have 15
or more locations nationally.
One could argue this law is
discriminatory.
How about banning disposable
diapers and road salt, which do
harm to the environment?
