TO TAKE BACK ALBANY
CITY STREETS FROM
VIOLENT, HATEFUL PUNKS


Albany Streets are not safe, after dark.
Punks are mugging, robbing and assaulting
innocent people.

These amount to hate crimes. Striking
victims in the head, kicking them in the
face, after robbing them is nothing less
than hateful behavior.

Touchy, feeley, politically correct
community policing is not the answer.

Profile these punks. Take the cuffs off
the police and let them use nightstick
street justice. Give the punks what they
do  their victims.

Tactical flying squads and decoys are
needed to combat the growing street
violence in Albany and other urban places
in the Capitol District.
