said the time for playing ghostbusters is over.

It is time for the Albany Common Council and
County Legislators who represent city wards
including Democratic County Chairman, Dan
McCoy, to conduct a full investigation and
report to Albany City residents on how abuses
of the Section 8 housing program are destroying
city neighborhoods and the city property tax
base.
