What safe guards, if any, to ensure
that only bonafide U S citizens and
NYS residents  register and vote in
the 13 September primaries and Nov
6 General Election?

New York State is sanctuary to untold
numbers of illegal aliens. The same is
true for Albany  City and County.

Proof of citizenship, residency and
a photo ID are essential to having
honest elections this year.

Why wasn't this provision  included
and required?
