Obama, Congressional Democrats
their me-too Republicans in the Senate
and House, want to grant amnesty and
citizenship to another 30 to 60 million
illegal aliens- most of whom are
uneducated, illiterate, non-English
speaking, unskilled  persons - most of
whom will wind up on the welfare
rolls.  Some will compete with out of work
Americans for mostly low paying part
time work. Others will chose to engage
in gang and criminal activities.

Lawbreakers all. Illegals do not respect
US sovereignty or the rule of law.

Those Democratic office holders and
would be candidates, whom support
Obama and his policies, must be voted
out, or denied  re-election/election to
city/town and county offices in the
2013 September 10 party primaries
and November 5 General Election.

The same is true for the 2014 elections
for Congress, and NYS public offices.

Tip O'Neill said "all politics are local".
So they are. The City of Albany elections
this year, are not occurring in a vacuum.

What happens, or does not happen, in
Washington DC and  the Capital of Albany
directly impacts the City of Albany and
those who call Albany home.

Voters have the power to put the City
of Albany, back on a sound Constitutional
course- reversing the effects and policies
of the Obama agenda of fundamentally
(radically) transforming America.

This money, and the millions more
on state aid, allocated to the Albany
City schools, should ensure that
Albany property taxpayers can
expect a school budget with a zero
percent increase in property taxes.

Right?

How about transforming "students"
and their "parent(s)' " attitudes and
behaviors with regard to learning?

Expect no improvement in city
schools unless these occur.

More and more money, and money
with stupid strings attached,  is a
futile approach.

Homeowners and businesses are
fleeing the City. When those that
have are gone, leaving those who
have not behind-

Who will pay to support City
Schools and City government-
services?

Consolidate the city schools with
city government with one property
tax roll to finance both. Return to
K-8 neighborhood schools. Make
the Mayor and Common Council
responsible/accountable for the
operation and performance of city
schools.

Get the federal and state education
departments off our backs. More
local control and complete reform
of school curricula are essential
to improving Albany City Schools.

They live paycheck to paycheck
if they have one.

More than 11 million workers
are without jobs.

Half those employed are part
time workers.

Those that have saved, and those
that are saving ,for retirement are
not earning the returns on their
savings to sustain their retirements:

Those who depend on social services
social security and pensions have cause
for real concern.

How will they survive if these income
sources are reduced or disappear
entirely?

Obama's tenure as President has been
a total disaster for the U S economy
our liberty, our security, and our foreign
policy.

Democrat has become synonymous
with Disaster.

Our fates at the local, state and national
levels will be determined by rank and
file enrolled Democrats.

If they vote the partyline, they and we
are doomed.

The survival of America hinges on
Democrats, rejecting Obama, his
policies and those incumbents or
candidates, who blindly follow Obama.

This includes a large number of
Republican  office holders, who are
Democratic camp followers in Congress
as well as atthe state and local levels.

If every eligible voter takes the
time to become informed, and
casts informed votes in the primary
and general elections of 2013 and
2014, we can, together, put America
First, before party, and put America
back on it's Constitutional course.

The survival of America, and the
survival of each and every American
hangs in the outcome of these elections.

Senator Schumer should also be
concerned about oil rail tank cars
rail lines and rail yard sidings
security.

Albany is a soft terror target - the
kind that Osama Bin Laden directed
his followers to target.

Senator Schumer should:

1. Call for a full Coast Guard port
     security unit to be stationed at
     the port of Albany

2. Arrange for local/state police and
    law enforcement agencies, as well
    as firefighter units, NYA National
    Guard units and the army command
    at Watervliet Arsenal, to develop
    a sound security for all rail lines
    and rail yards in, and around Albany
    particularly tank cars containing
    natural gas, ethanol, and petrol
    as well as storage tanks.

3.  Strike the enacting clause of the
     Amnesty for illegal aliens legislation
     that he, the gang of 8 and President
     Obama are trying to force through
     Congress.

4.  Round up and deport the thousands
     of illegal aliens released from U S
     prisons at the direction of Obama.

5.  Immediately act to secure our
     Southern border halting the invasion
     of our land by tens of millions of
     illegal aliens, among them OTM's
     bent on the destruction of America.

6.  Track down and deport the tens of
      thousands of foreign nationals who
      remain at large in the U S after
      expiration of their visas.

7.   Urge the Albany Common Council
      NYC, NYS and other political
      to rescind sanctaury status for illegal
      aliens.

8.  Require all illegals in country to
     register with the Federal Department
     of Homeland Security. Share this data
     with state and local law enforcement.

America is in great peril because of the
failure of government at the federal, state
and local governments to keep America
and all Americans secure and safe.

PLANTATION POLITICS

The Democratic Party began a the
party of the common working man
and farmers in the days of Andy
Jackson.

The Democratic Party stood for
the Constitution and state's rights.

Wealthy Southern plantation owners
depended on slave labor to grow
cotton and tobacco. Poor white
farmers did not have slaves.

Lincoln, a Republican, declared
the slaves to be free in 1863 during
a bloody civil war. 

Many of my kin, fought for Lincoln
so that the slaves might be free.

Yet, today the descendants of those
slaves are not free.

They are enslaved by the Democratic
Party and the welfare state that party
has created.  They have exchanged the 
and tobacco plantation for the political
plantation.

These native born Americans face a
real threat to their survival.

The Democratic Party, aided and abetted
by me- too Republicans, all of which are
more concerned with keeping their
political power - even if it means
trashing the Constitution and doing
grave injustice to the modern day
political slaves, who will be the most
severely impacted.

After all, there is only so much welfare
social services and free education to
go around, as it is.

Add 30 to 60 million or more, mostly
poor, illiterate, non- English speaking
illegal aliens to the U S Population
by means of the Amnesty legislation
being pushed by Obama, Senator
Chuckie, the Democats and the posse
of 8  Congressional gangbangers and
what happens?

No jobs. On to welfare.

The welfare, social services system
will collapse. Anarchy and the collapse
of our Nation will follow.

A second civil war. There will be no
winners.

So, those who are dependent upon the
Democratic Party  for their daily bread
housing,  schooling and medical care
and more, should long and hard before
voting Democrat (Row A) in the
City of Albany elections, this year; and
the 2014 congressional/state elections.

Our Liberty is on the line! Our survival!

Pensions of police, fire and city
workers, their health insurance
on the line.

City security, services at risk.

Raising property taxes will only
cause businesses and homeowners
to flee - leaving behind a large
dependent population that can not
pay for the services it requires.

Albany is at risk.

The financial solvency of the
City of Albany can be maintained
by taking actions presented in the
prior post.

Will Sheehan and Ellis support

How can the City of Albany
avoid this fate?

1. Tap NY natural gas.

2. Tap the 765 kv Quebec
     to NYC hydro power line
     which will be constructed
     through Albany.

     Both of these actions will
     lower energy costs for
     homeowners, businesses
     manufacturers and farmers.

     More manufacturing, expanded
     agriculture/agricultural processing
     and transporation expansion will
     follow. More jobs.
  

3.  Build a refinery at the Port
     of Albany to refine Baakan
     crude oil currently being
     transshipped through the
     port by rail, tanker and barges
     to St John's, New Brunswick
     Canada.

     This will add to the city
     property tax base, provide
     jobs and lower gas prices
     and heating oil costs for the
     Capital District.

4.  Reverse the growth of a
     dependent population that
     is not sustainable.

     Engage residents of blighted
     neighborhoods in rebuilding
     those neighborhoods. Provide
     them with the education,training
     and skills as well as the tools
     to do so. This means overhaul
     of urban education curricula
     in the city schools.

     In the process they will learn
     the skills, attitudes and behaviors
     to become gainfully employed
     productive, responsible citizens.

     They can reclaim abandoned
     buildings, putting them back
     in use, thereby improving their
     lives, their neighborhoods and
     the city property tax base.

5. Reallocate the money and labor
    being wasted on the Hudson River
    PCB dredging to rebuilding the
    aging utility infrastructure of
    downtown to pave the way for
    residential and commercial rebirth
    of downtown.

6. Tear down the elevated 787
    highway maze before it is
    toppled by an earthquake or
    simply falls down.

    This will gain access to the
     Hudson River front. Build
     a Quincy type market,
     add residential development
     and restore river boats
     traffic between NYC and Albany
     to bring foreign tourists upriver.

     The Hudson River is the Rhine
     of America - but not utilized so.

These are but a few ways to
revitalize the City of Albany and
ensure a better life and future for
all.

3 DEMS FOR MAYOR AT ST SOPHIA'S

As Jordan notes, only the 3
Democratic candidates were
invited.

The audience of a 100 ,or so
half of which were Ellis and
Sheehan supporters, about
a quarter were politicians
and a quarter local seniors.

The usual questions were asked
and responded to in the usual
way.

Ellis wants mayoral term limits.
We have terms limits every
election - if voters would make
informed choices, rather than
relying on lemming- like party
line voting behavior.

Electing older candidates - say
in their 70's - would achieve the
same end.

Ellis also wants to weaken the
power of the mayor through
city charter changes giving more
power to the Common Council.

Albany voters would be foolish
to support this proposal.

Albany needs a strong mayor
who is a leader, not a figurehead.

Sheehan vowed to offer incentives
to lure Albany police and fire-
fighters, most of whom live
outside the city, to move back
into the city neighborhoods they
serve.

Sheehan offered no specifics and
has none. What police officer or
firefighter wants to have to send
their children to the Albany schools?

Living in the same neighborhoods
they serve would amount to being
on duty 24 - 7. Not to mention
subjecting them, and their families
to harassment from perps, gangbangers
and assorted anti-social malcontents.

Marlon made some valid points
but, once again, may not make
the ballot.

Whitehall Senior apartment residents
complained of a problem adjacent
to their apartments. The three Dem
mayoral candidates responded with
non answers.

This is a ward problem to be resolved
by the Common Council Member
representing the 8th Ward and
the management of the senior
apartments and neighboring JCA.

The best way to keep seniors in
their homes is through property
tax relief. None of the 3 Democratic
candidates said so.

Recall what President JFK said:
to paraphrase-

"Ask not what your country (city)
can do for you. Ask what can you
do for your country (city)."

Participate in your neighborhood
association, become informed and
cast informed votes, rather than
blind partyline voting in the hopes
that government will take care of
you.

You are the government!

make the effort to become as
informed about the candidates
and where they stand on issues
vital to survival of the City of
Albany, the residents and our
Constitutional Republic - all of

July 4 we celebrated our Liberty.

In this case our independence
from the tyranny of the English
Crown.

In 2013 our Liberty is once again
on the line. This time from the
tyranny of our own elected
representatives in our government
of government bureaucrats, of
the Courts and of a complicit
media. All of whom support and
advance the President's agenda
of fundamentally (radically)
transforming America.

A Second American Revolution
is required to restore our Constitutional
Republic and our Liberty.

The Second American Revolution
need not involve force or violence.

It can be achieved through the
electoral process bequeathed to us
by the Founders .

Beginning with the 2013 local
elections, continuing on to the 2014
mid-term elections for Congress
and state public offices, and culminating
with the 2016 Presidential election
We the People can restore our Liberty
and save our Constitutional Republic.

Vote out tyrants and elect persons
who put America First before blind
political party allegiance, and persons
who will uphold the Constitution
while serving as our representatves
