NOT A GOOD IDEA

YNN keeps plugging Kathy Sheehan
and her Land Bank "solution" to the
issue of vacant buildings and blighted
neighborhoods in the City of Albany.

Land Banks are not accountable to
taxpayers/voters, can void taxes and
liens, decide land uses, who receives
and develops land ... and who profits
from  what amounts to 
"a government land grab"

"It is social engineering, plain and simple".

Land Banks  compete with the free
market and erode private property
rights.

Albany Democrats should not bank
on Sheehan as Mayor and her Land
Bank solution to vacant buildings and
neighborhood blight.
