Tap NY natural gas resources and import more
Quebec hydro power. Rebuild our manufacturing
capabilities. Expand agriculture. Rebuild our
Navy and merchant marine.
Education is a local-state matter.
The true measure of an educated person is their
behavior. Not how they score on nationally
promulgated standardized tests.
