If you have the desire, energy, time, message and
writing/speaking ability and can assemble a team
of petitioners to get you on the September Party
Primary ballots and/or Nov 2 General Election
contact me. I will evaluate and advise you, if you
appear meet the above requisites.

The key races are the 21st Congressional District
and 46th State Senate District. These are the two
races where the power will be.

The 104, 106, 108, and 109 Assembly Districts
should not go unchallenged, but prospective
candidates should realize that they will be
in the Assembly minority, should they win
unless they are enrolled Democrats.

Only enrolled party members can participate
in the September party primaries. Petitions
to qualify for the ballot shall be signed and
witnessed only by enrolled party members
except that Notaries can also be witnesses.

It is imperative that some Tea Party backed
candidates emerge from the political party
designation conventions at the county level(s)
which are held in May. (The party leaders
decide who the nominees shall be long
before the May party rituals occur.)

Otherwise, the Tea Party Movement and
Independents get what is left over from
the primaries in the Nov 2 General Election.

However, another option is to form an
Independent Liberty Party ballot line
locally and statewide. Should the Liberty
Party Gubernatorial candidate garner
the required 50,000+ votes, the Liberty
Party becomes a bonafide party in NYS
for the next 4 years.

This will allow the Tea Party Patriot
Movement to nominate candidates
in the 2011 local elections and 2012
Congressional/Presidential elections.

The Tea Party Patriots must have their
own ballot line to leverage the choices
made by the Democrats and Republicans
in 2010 and beyond.

If the perfect storm of Al Qaida attacks
on the home front, economic collapse
and ensuing civil disorder, followed by
martial law come to be. The 2010
and subsequent elections could be
cancelled.

Time to shape up or ship out boys and
girls.
