POLITICIANS SAY
CLOSE THACHER.
TIME TO GET OUT
THE PITCHFORKS!

I say park the politicians.

Governor Paterson and his Parks
stooge must be closed down by the
voters.

So, too State Senator Neil Breslin
and Assembly Members McEneny
Canestrari, Gordon and Riley.
They are not looking out for the
folks. Their silence tells all.

Andrew has to stop playing Hamlet
on this one. Wants to be Governor?
Expects to get the votes of Albany
County voters? Speak up now, or
forget about it!

Where are Schumer, Gillibrand and
Tonko on this issue? No where to be
seen or heard.

They are tossing bags of millions of
dollars of "stimulus money" around
the region in an effort to buy votes
and get reelected.

Got votes? Not in Albany County
if you don't weigh in on the side of
the people - keeping Thacher Park
open.

Penguins in Antarctica are more
important than the people of Albany
County.

Incumbent politicians, and
challengers beware!

County Democrat, Republican
Independence, Conservative
and Working Falilies Party
organizations take note!

You will have a hard time getting
voters to sign your petitions in May
to qualify you for the ballot - if
you are not with the people on
the Thacher Park issue

We are not Penguins who are dutifully
going to waddle to the polls and vote for
any incumbent, or challenger in the
September Primaries and November 2
General Election who has not been a
vigorous, effective advocate for keeping
Thacher Park open.

The Albany Project Blog has it right.
Pictures are worth thousands of words.
Behold the natural beauty that is worth
fighting for!

Pitch Forks and pick up trucks welcome.

Take time to enjoy Thacher Park after
the meeting.

Put the March 3 rally at the State
Capitol to save Thacher Park
on your calendar.
