U S Citizenship that is.

1. Revise the 2010 Census Questionnaire.
a) drop questions 7 and 8 pertaining
to race and ethnicity

U S Citizenship is all that matters.
We are all Americans. Right?


U.S. Citizenship , or legal immigrant
status shall be required to qualify for
employment, social security, medicare
medicaid, education, unemployment
insurance, disability and other benefits.
Also, to obtain a state driver's license
and to register as a voter.

Public and private schools shall be
required to verify the ciitizenship
status of all students, their parents
and/or guardians as a condition for
schools to receive federal and/or
state education aid.



b) amend question 7 that asks ages
and birthdates of individual inhabitants
of a residence to include:

Are you a U S Citizen? yes__ no ___

Native born ___
Naturalized ___

Place of birth: ___________________

Taxpayer ID Number ________________


Place/ Date of Naturalization ___________

Are you a non citizen, legally resident in U.S.?


Submit proof: ___________________

Country of origin? ___________________

Other improvements to the 2010 Census form are:

Q4 Specify whether telephone number is:
Landline _____ Cell phone ______

2010 Census forms shall be completed in English
the official language of the United States.

Any state, county, city, town, village government
that as public policy serves as a sanctuary for
illegal immigrants shall not receive federal funds
for any purpose.

Census workers shall provide proof of
U S Citizenship.

The Obama White House controls the
administration of the 2010 U S Census.
However, Congress controls
the fiscal appropriation to administer
the Census.
Congress can block funding for the census
if the White House does not comply.

Further, Congress should condition census
funding on the White House relinquishing
control of the 2010 Census administration.



If the President and Members of Congress
do not act to amend the 2010 Census to provide
for the above changes in the 2010 Census form
those elected officials shall answer to the voters
in the 2010 political party primaries and
November 2 General Election.

Challengers in the 2010 primaries and General
Election shall state their positions on the above.
